Update On Jeff Hardy, DUI Case and Court Date
Fans have been eagerly awaiting new details on Jeff Hardy after his recent DUI charge on June 28th 2022, Hardy was signed to All Elite Wrestling at the time of the arrest.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com made mention of Hardy this past week during an article, he says:
He is currently slated for a pre-trial hearing on 2/23 in Florida that is listed as a case management conference. There had been a mention previously in court records of the two sides trying to come to some sort of plea deal in regard to his DUI arrest, but nothing official has been reflected in the court records. Hardy, 45, was arrested on 6/28/22 at 9:55 AM and charged with charged with DUI (Alcohol or Drugs), third offense within ten years, driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked and violation of restrictions placed on driver’s license. The primary charge is a felony under Florida law, punishable up to five years’ imprisonment, should Hardy be convicted. The others would fall under misdemeanors. He filed a written plea of not guilty filed with the court on 6/28/22. Hardy’s attorneys waived his right to a speedy trial in July 2022.
