**SPOILER WARNING AHEAD** If you choose to continue reading on then it is your own fault if it is spoilt for you. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Now that we have that out of the way. On this week’s edition of NXT television, we were witness to the next step in the revolution being televised as form AEW and current DEFY Champion, Ricky Starks made his WWE roster debut.
Coming out through the crowd and with no mention of his actual name, Starks walked into the WWE Performance Center, Winter Park, Florida with microphone in hand and declared his intentions as the “hottest free agent”
Starks had been the focus of a lot of attention over the almost year since he was last seen on AEW television. It is no secret that Starks requested his release from AEW only to be met with a decline from AEW head honcho, Tony Khan.
Starks who is a close friend with Cody Rhodes, was previously noted backstage at WWE Wrestlemania 40, when Cody won the WWE Undisputed Championship from Roman Reigns.
It is currently unknown whether or not Starks will be able to maintain his name, or if in true WWE style, he will be forced to undergo a name change.
