Vale Broderick Shepherd aka Australian Suicide

Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide has confirmed the tragic news being reported that Broderick Shepherd has passed away at just 32 years old.
They posted the following statement:
We mourn the passing of Broderick M. Shepherd, better known as Australian Suicide.
We raise our prayers to heaven for his eternal rest and wish wish a speedy resignation for his family.
Shepherd from Victoria and trained by Carlo Cannon before training with Lance Storm and Gran Apache, competed for a myriad of Australian wrestling promotions right around the country as Ryan Rollins, before his wrestling career took him overseas and he was given the opportunity to wrestle in AAA, where on the 26th of January he captured the AAA World Cruiserweight title from Lanzeloth. He would hold the title for 211 days, defending it against the likes of Aerostar and El Hijo del Vikingo. He made appearances for the likes of GCW, Impact, Lucha Underground and during the pandemic competed on AEW Dark as El Australiano.
PW Downunder sends its condolences to the Family and Friends of Broderick Shepherd along with the greater wrestling community who are mourning the loss of this talented young man.
Another bald, bearded wrestling adjacent guy, fantastic…Got into Wrestling thanks to Optus Vision and Turner Classic Movies channel, which aired Nitro, then Foxtel when I finally got to enjoy WWE live each and every week. This evolved into a love of many a different iteration of the artform, but the one I’m passionate about the most is the high level on display across this country – The Australian professional wrestling scene! That’s why I’m here, that and I was far too uncoordinated to ever attempt to do it myself.
