Indi Hartwell Challenging Aysha for the Renegades of Wrestling Women’s Championship Set for March 9

For fans wondering who Indi Hartwell would match up with on her return to Australia for her very first match back, appearing at Renegades of Wrestling, your answer was provided following Aysha’s successful defence of the Renegades of Wrestling women’s championship against Lil Marz and Lena Kross at the Pro Wrestling League and Renegades of Wrestling super show.
Aysha was given little chance to take in her victory, as whilst reminding the crowd that she had been unstoppable for 700 days and looked to continue this reign as ‘First Class Champion’ for the foreseeable future, ‘Impressive’ Indi Hartwell appeared on the video screen in the arena to send the following message:
“Congrats on your win. Very impressive. You know I’ve been keeping an eye on you the past few years and it’s crazy to see how much you’ve grown and improved from that little girl I met at training eight years ago, but what I don’t like is this new attitude of yours, because you’re claiming that you’re going to be the ‘First Class’ Women’s champion forever but that’s just not true, because on March 9th at northcote thestre I’m coming for you and that title. Aysha versus Indi Hartwell for the Renegades of Wrestling Women’s Championship”
Indi Hartwell is a former NXT women’s champion and Women’s tag team champion with Candice LeRae and has held a number of championships across Australia from promotions such as WSW, RCW, BCW and Newcastle Pro Wrestling. With her experience at the number one promotion in the planet, she will prove a formidable challenger to Aysha and he seemingly unstoppable reign as Renegedes of Wrestling Women’s Champion.
Prior to the Supershow Aysha appeared on the ‘On The Turnbuckle’ podcast and was asked about what she thought about Indi Hartwell returning to Australia, Renegades of Wrestling specifically and potentially coming for her and the title. First Class stated
“I wonder with her return, what is she is trying to do? Is she trying to go after my title? Because I know maybe years ago you would say she was probably the ‘It Girl’ of Melbourne. I feel like I’ve taken that spot, so she thinks she can just come in and take that spot, she’s got another whole thing coming for her…. If that’s what she wants, then yeah bring it I’m ready… We do have history; a lot of our first matches early on in our career were against each other, so I would be happy to meet again and see who’s the better person, but if I were to rank ‘Impressive’ and ‘First Class’ in a hierarchy I think ‘First Class’ tops that”
Aysha’s championship record is incredible, defeating the likes of Shazza McKenzie, DELTA, Steph De Lander, Maki Itoh, Miki Fortune, Charli Evans, Tarlee, Lena Kross and Lil’ Marz on this 700+ day reign. With such an incredible list of competitors that were unable to solve the Aysha puzzle, Hartwell will need a near perfect performance to stop the momentum of the champion.
Who will win? Good news is we don’t have long to find out.

Another bald, bearded wrestling adjacent guy, fantastic…Got into Wrestling thanks to Optus Vision and Turner Classic Movies channel, which aired Nitro, then Foxtel when I finally got to enjoy WWE live each and every week. This evolved into a love of many a different iteration of the artform, but the one I’m passionate about the most is the high level on display across this country – The Australian professional wrestling scene! That’s why I’m here, that and I was far too uncoordinated to ever attempt to do it myself.
