Battle Championship Wrestling bring PCO to Australia

Battle Championship Wrestling out of Victoria are holding their BCW 62 event on February 28th at the Whitehorse Club and are giving us a special No Holds Barred match with GCW and former TNA talent, PCO.

Originally PCO was scheduled to come to appear for BCW back at their BCW 61 event back in December 2024 against Mad Dog McRea, however due to a family emergency he was not able to attend.

PCO will be defending his International Heavyweight Championship against Krackerjak in a No Holds Barred match. Krackerjak took the opportunity away from Mad Dog after breaking his arm in their No Rope Barbed Wire Match back in December.

Aussie fans may be familiar with PCO in recent times from a storyline relationship with Aussie Steph De Lander on TNA television. Steph De Lander would propose to PCO and the two would have a on-screen wedding on the August 1st episode of TNA Impact. In typical wrestling fashion the wedding would end in drama and interference.

Before becoming PCO “Perfect Creation One”, (originally a contraction of his long-term former ring name, “Pierre Carl Ouellet”) Carl Ouellet saw success in the World Wrestling Federation as one half of The Quebecers, holding the WWF Tag Team titles on three occasions. In minor roles Ouellet would go on to perform for World Championship Wrestling and Extreme Championship Wrestling in the late 90’s.

PCO became a prominent name on the independent scene after winning the Ring of Honor World Title in 2018 and the TNA Digital Media Championship early 2024.

PCO’s contract with TNA expired at the end of 2024 while he still held the TNA Digital Media Championship. PCO’s last match in TNA took place on December 14, in which he and Callihan lost to the World Tag Team Champions The Hardys in a non-title match; the match aired on the January 16, 2025, episode of Impact! following his departure.

On January 19, 2025, PCO appared at the Game Changer Wrestling event “The People vs. GCW”, winning a rumble match. During the event, he smashed the TNA Digital Media championship with a sledgehammer and attempted to make a shoot promo against TNA before the feed abruptly cut.

Not much is known about the International Heavyweight Championship, however it will be on the line as Krackerjak attempts to make Australia proud at BCW 62.

Tickets for the show can be purchased directly from Battle Championship Wrestling.
