Saraya Update
Former AEW Women’s World Champion, Saraya has taken to X recently to share an update on her current standings within the company and her unexplained absence from the product.
Being last seen on AEW television back in October 2024, Saraya posted a picture on X of her wearing a Stone Cold Steve Austin hoodie to which one X user suggested “That why Tony doesn’t put you on tv. Find an AEW shirt.” Saraya was quick to respond to the fan with “You’re so moronic. I asked for time off for the first time in my career for personal reasons and Tony was gracious enough to give me that. Also I’m a 32 year old woman. I can wear whatever tf I want.”
As for a time frame for a return to the company, it is still currently unknown as to when we will see Saraya back on AEW programming.
Kamille’s Future
Former NWA Women’s World Champion, Kamille was last seen on AEW programming when she was unceremoniously dismissed by AEW TBS Champion, Mercedes Mone back in November on Dynamite.
At this time, reports from Fightful have indicated that Kamille is still currently under contract with AEW, but they have not heard anything regarding her on screen future. Rumors believe that there were some internally that wanted a blow off to the partnership in a match, but it didn’t end up happening.
In a December interview with CovalentTV, Kamille stated her ambition to win a title in AEW, emphasizing that fans have yet to see her true potential.
