International Deathmatch Champion To Compete Downunder In February

For fans who appreciate the unfiltered violence that is deathmatch wrestling and are up for a wrestling marathon in Werribee Victoria, they have the opportunity to see the Wrestlerave Deathmatch Champion Dimitri Alexandrov in the flesh when he competes on Australian soil in February.
The Russian from Texas who carries the moniker ‘Deathmatch Jesus’, will pull double duty on Saturday February 8, competing on Brainbuster Wrestling Project’s Magnitude show in a Werribee Street Fight against ‘Grateful Dead’ Terry Shaw in the afternoon at the Werribee Masonic Hall before heading outside the venue to Deathmatch Downunder’s ‘Be Kind, Rewind’ outdoor event putting his Wrestlerave Deathmatch championship on the line against tough as nails Xavier Black in the main event of the evening.
2024 had great moments for Alexandrov, winning Texas deathmatch promotion Death in the Family’s Devils Due Death Cup, defeating deathmatch superstar Casanova Valentine in the cup final along with defending his Wrestlerave championship against Satu Jinn, John Wayne Murdoch and Deathmatch Downunder promoter Joel Bateman. He will be looking to build on that momentum to have an even bigger 2025 with a pair of impressive performances in front of Australian audiences.
Tickets for both events on February 8 are available on Humanitix”
Another bald, bearded wrestling adjacent guy, fantastic…Got into Wrestling thanks to Optus Vision and Turner Classic Movies channel, which aired Nitro, then Foxtel when I finally got to enjoy WWE live each and every week. This evolved into a love of many a different iteration of the artform, but the one I’m passionate about the most is the high level on display across this country – The Australian professional wrestling scene! That’s why I’m here, that and I was far too uncoordinated to ever attempt to do it myself.
