Breaking News – AEW Grand Slam Venue Change
Late this afternoon (Wednesday November 27th 2024) an email went out to all ticket holders as well as the news being broken on X by Sean Ross Sapp that AEW’s inaugural Australian event has been shifted from the Suncorp Stadium to Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
It is believed that low ticket sales are the reason for the move to the BEC. Suncorp was capable of holding 50,000 while BEC has a capacity of 13,500.
Many fans who already purchased tickets have shared concerns on the new seating arrangement for the new venue.
