Summers & Roberts Comment On Delta (Zaria) Signing with WWE
PWdownunder.com recently got in contact with former Riot City Wrestling Women’s champion Savannah Summers and current RCW commentator Paul Roberts to get some comments on Delta (PWDU Women’s No.1 2023) signing with WWE, now know as Zaria on WWE’s NXT brand.
Savannah Summers…
“I’m so happy for her and everything she has achieved so far. She’s a very hard working girl with a beautiful soul and deserves all the success in the word. Can’t wait to see what she does in NXT and WWE. I just know she’s going to make all of us at RCW and the Australian Wrestling community proud. She’s going to smash it.”
Paul Roberts…
“I was lucky enough to see Delta from her arrival into wrestling at RCW and you can hear from my commentary I was a huge fan of her from day one. Delta had been doing the bodybuilding thing before deciding to follow her brother Dean Brady in to wrestling, so she was a powerhouse from her arrival and her skills only improved every time she stepped in the ring. She helped breakdown the gender barrier here in Australia with her tag team run with brother Dean and the multiple tag team titles they held together then her terrific singles run by unifying the RCW Women’s and men’s championship titles into the RCW Grand Championship and holding the MCW Intercommonwealth Championship until being signed to the WWE.”
One of my favourite sayings on community from the beginning was “watch out for Delta as she will be the next big thing in wrestling and not just women’s wrestling but all of Australian wrestling”. I can’t wait to see the fantastic things Delta (Zaria) is going to do now in the WWE, she has made a huge bang on her arrival and the sky’s the limit for this talent young lady.”
