Match Card
Zero Hour
1. ROH World Television Championship
Atlantis Jr (c) vs Brian Cage
There hasn’t been much of build to this match on AEW TV, but both men in the match should carry this to a decent match. I have Atlantis retaining.
Winner: Atlantis Jr
2. Tag Team Match
MxM Collection (Mason Madden and Mansoor) vs The Acclaimed (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens)
MxM Collection have been good since joining AEW. This feud with the Acclaimed has been decent. MxM stole Casters jacket and have it a makeover, adding fuel to the fire. The Acclaimed should win this
Winner: The Acclaimed
3. Singles Match
Anna Jay vs Harley Cameron (with Saraya)
This is Anna Jay’s first AEW PPV match since 2022 and it’ll also be Harley Cameron’s AEW PPV debut. Anna Jay recently did a tour of Japan with Stardom, which has helped her add more to her in ring style. Harley Cameron has Saraya to help her distract the ref. I have Anna Jay winning
Winner: Anna Jay
Main Card
4. ROH World Championship
Mark Briscoe (c) vs Chris Jericho (with Big Bill and Bryan Keith)
Jericho made this personal by mentioning Jay Briscoe, who sadly passed away in January last year, after challenging Mark to a match for the ROH World Championship. Mark laid him out and told Jericho to keep his brothers name out his mouth and accepted the challenge. I can see Bill and Keith interfering, but Briscoe to still retain.
Winner: Mark Briscoe
5. Singles Match
Darby Allin vs Brody King
Darby Allin issued an open challenge for the show, and Brody King accepted. These two men have a history. They were once friends, dating back to before Brody was signed with AEW. They’ve also had run ins in AEW. This should be a hard hitting match. I wouldn’t be surprised if House of Black stepped in. With that, I have Brody King winning
Winner: Brody King
6. AEW TNT Championship
Jack Perry (c) vs Katsuyori Shibata
Jack Perry aims to prove himself here against Katsuyori Shibata. Perry wants Shibata to bring the violence. I have Perry retaining.
Winner: Jack Perry
7. AEW International Championship
Will Ospreay (c) vs Ricochet vs Konosuke Takeshita
This is 2 rivalries in one match. Osprey vs Ricochet and Ospreay vs Takeshita. Ospreay vs Ricochet stems from both stars time in Japan, and Ospreay vs Takeshita stems from Ospreay leaving the Don Callis Family on a favour, which Callis has cashed as a championship match for The Alpha. This should be a solid match. I don’t quite see Ricochet winning this. I can, though, see either Ospreay retaining or Takeshita winning, I’m going for Ospreay winning.
Winner: Will Ospreay
8. AEW World Tag Team Championship
The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson) (c) vs Private Party (Zay and Quen)
Private Party have stepped up in the last month, and it’s paid off with a championship match. Both teams have a similar style, and it should go on to be a great match. I have The Young Bucks retaining.
Winner: The Young Bucks
9. AEW Women’s World Championship
Mariah May (c) vs Willow Nightingale
Mariah May has been great as champion, and Willow is the arguably one of the better people to have Mariah defend the championship against. Willow win the opportunity to face Mariah by winning a fatal four way match against Jamie Hayter, Saraya and Nyla Rose. I reckon they might stretch this rivalry out for a little while and have Mariah win.
Winner: Mariah May
10. Singles Match
“Hangman” Adam Page vs Jay White
The last time these two faced each other was during the 2024 Owen Cup, where Page defeated White. Page needs the win here, and that’s who I’ve got winning
Winner: “Hangman” Adam Page
11. 2 out of 3 Falls Match
Hologram vs The Beast Mortos
Hologram is currently undefeated in AEW going into WrestleDream. The Beast Mortos has just sided with LFI, giving him some valuable allies. 2 out 3 falls matches are common matches in lucha libre, so this match should be decent, if presented well. I have Hologram continuing his undefeated streak.
Winner: Hologram
12. AEW World Championship
Bryan Danielson (c) vs Jon Moxley
This is a match I didn’t think I would see after BCC formed. BCC (with the exception of Wheeler Yuta, and addition of Pac and Marina Shafir) turned on Danielson at All Out, and Mox faced Darby Allin for his championship match at Grand Slam, claiming Danielson wasn’t cleared to wrestle that night. Danielson isn’t just fighting to retain his championship, he’s also fighting to continue his career, as he stated that one he loses the championship, he will retire. That said, I do have Danielson retaining
Winner: Bryan Danielson
