It’s that time of the week again when we bring you What’s On This Weekend In Australian Wrestling we have put together a full list of professional wrestling events around Australia.

ACT

ICW Canberra presents ‘Saturday Night Smash’ on Saturday Aug 17^th – It what will be another big night of wrestling in the nation’s capital, ICW returns with Saturday Night Smash with a heavily stacked card. The ICW Australian Championship will be on the line when champion Apex Anderson battles Jackson Thornhill.

The Masked Wrestlers League Trophy will be up for grabs with two random opponents coming together on the line to battle for the trophy. It will certainly be a wild one. In the best of six tag team match Tank and a partner of his choosing will battle Benny Whiplash and a partner of his choice.

The Dad Squad will be in action against ROGUE, and also on the card Super Crimson Mask will be in action, who will be brave enough to step in the ring? Find out this Saturday night.

New South Wales

 Pacifica Wrestling Federation presents ‘Tribal Warfare’ on Saturday Aug 17^th – The King Tom Club will be rocking with some intense old school wrestling action, as Pacifica Wrestling Federation brings you a huge night of wrestling action. The very first PWF Tribal Champion will be crowed when Toa the Lionheart battles Otis The Grub.

Ethan Hughz will be battling The Soman Warrior, and a whole lot more will be added to what should be a big night of wrestling,

 New Japan Tamashii presents ‘Oceania Cup (Sydney) on Friday Aug 16^th – The Oceania Cup will be another huge event for New Japan Tamashii seeing guys like Jack Bonza, Punch Drunk Istria, Bad Luck Fale, Richard Mulu, Sam Osborne, Ben Braxton, Andrew Villaobos and much more competing for the Oceania Cup to determine who is the best wrestler in Oceania.

Lucha Fantastica presents ‘Cantina Brawl (Sydney)’ on Saturday Aug 17^th – Lucha Fantastica returns with another huge show filled with thrills, spills and much more. All the best Lucha Libre action followed by music and Mexican food it’s a night that you won’t want to miss with great action aplenty maybe even some laughs along the way.

International Wrestling Australia presents ‘Wrestle Revolution’ on Friday Aug 16^th & Saturday 17^th – The Wrestle Revolution tour kicks off first in Armidale at the Armidale City Bowling Club with a huge wrestling card, and then Saturday night IWA heads to the Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre to finish off a big week of IWA action.

 Vulcan Championship Wrestling presents ‘Road 2 VulcaMania’ on Saturday Aug 17^th – We are on the road to VulcaMania, with a huge card from VCW. Chad Shiraz will face his toughest opponent yet! He faces Tommy Renegade. Can Chad Shiraz keep his winning streak alive against his brother at heart Tommy Renegade? Or will Renegade send Shiraz to VulcaMania with his first loss?

  Wrestle Strong Dojo (Penrith) on Sunday Aug 18^th – Wrestle Strong Dojo returns with another huge event from the Penrith Gaels, the heavyweight title is on the line as Aragon defends against Redshaw, Scott Justice is in for a huge challenge when he faces Dean Draven, in a huge tag team war Sahara and James Long battle Ranger and Zachariah the Messiah. Also on the card is the battle between Joey Foxx and Cosmo Cooper. It promises to be a huge event this Sunday at the Penrith Gaels.

Queensland

Nightfall Wrestling presents ‘Retribution’ on Saturday Aug 17^th – Nightfall Wrestling hits Maryborough with a huge main event, the Australian Heayveight Title is on the line in a Maryborough Street Fight! Champion Choc Morrus defends against the always tough Gator. The Nightfall Tag Team Championships are also on the line as Natalya King teams with Aktion to try and take down champions House of Frost. Also on the line is the Nightfall Pacific Championship as Stephen Magnus battles PJ O’Connor

Also a huge Title vs Title match as Bruiser puts his VPW Heavyweight Title on the line against Kobra Jones who holds the VPW Origins Title. Also some women’s wrestling match with Hilly Monroe battling Harper Sky, and a whole lot more on a very stacked card.

Victoria

Alpha Pro Wrestling presents ‘Alpha Energy 7’ & ‘Obsession’ on Saturday Aug 17^th – Another huge event from Alpha Pro, the Piperworks Market Championship is on the line with Happy Kai challenging champion Jay Hunter. Mike Kaos and Jayson Krash will battle to be the number one contender for the Alpha Heavyweight Championship. A huge Tag Team Championship match will see champions B-Squared battling The Oner Brothers. There’s a lot more on what will be a stacked wrestling card.

Western Australia

Southern Territory Wrestling presents ‘Dream Realised’ on Saturday Aug 17^th – STW will be rocking Perth with another huge card of wrestling action, firstly a huge tag team war with The Pulse battling Te Toa Whanau, Harli Hyde will battle King Shahil, as well as “The Great” George Milanko will battle Riley Parker.

The STW Tag Team Titles are on the line as champions Best for Business put their titles on the line against the Sexy Greek Boys. Also, the Southern Cross Championship is on the line as “Gorgeous” Garry will battle Chadwick Jackson. We’ve saved the best for last with the STW Heavyweight Title being defended in a Triple Threat match, as Champion Julio will defend against both “The Australian Sensation” Craven, and Target.
