Zero Hour
1. Tag Team Match
Julia Hart and Skye Blue vs Willow Nightingale and Kris Statlander (with Stokley Hathaway)
This rivalry has been going for a while. Since teaming up, Julia Hart and Skye Blue have been great. Willow and Kris Statlander have great chemistry with each other. I have Hart and Blue winning
Winner: Julia Hart and Skye Blue
2. 12 Man Tag Team Match
The Bang Bang Scissor Gang (Max Castor, Anthony Bowens, Billy Gunn, Jay White and The Gunns (Austen and Colt) vs Jeff Jarrett, Satnam Singh, Jay Lethal, Willie Mack, and Private Party (Isiah Kassidy and Marc Quen)
This was made on Collision. The BBSG has been pretty solid since joining. Jarrett and friends have been bickering back and forth with themselves. BBSG for the win.
Winner: The Bang Bang Scissor Gang
Main Show:
3. AEW World Tag Team Championship
Sting and Darby Allin (c) (with Ric Flair) vs The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson).
This match is both a championship match and a retirement match. It’s also been one of the more compelling stories in AEW. The Young Bucks have been great since ramping their heel work. Sting is old school, and the old school mindset is that your last match is to be a losing effort. For that, I have the Young Bucks winning this match.
Winner: The Young Bucks
4. AEW International Championship
Orange Cassidy (c) vs Roderick Strong (with Matt Tavern and Mike Bennett)
Orange Cassidy has been great as International Champion. He has taken on all challengers and found a way to win. Jake Hager has sided with OC and been a protector of sorts. I have Cassidy winning this.
Winner: Orange Cassidy
5. AEW World Championship
Samoa Joe (c) vs “Hangman” Adam Page vs Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana)
This match stems from Swerve wanting to become World Champion, the heat between Swerve and “Hangman”, and “Hangman” wanting to climb the to the top of the mountain again. Swerve and “Hangman” had a #1 Contenders match which ended in a 30 minute time limit draw. Tony Khan announced that the PPV match would become a triple threat match. Swerve deserves to win the match, he is overdue for the top spot.
Winner: Swerve Strickland
6. AEW Women’s World Championship
“Timeless” Toni Storm (with Luther and Mariah) vs Deonna Purrazzo
How great has Toni Storm been since becoming “Timeless”? The history between these two wrestlers dates back to when they were both new to the industry, and they’ve done well to cover that. My money is in Toni Storm winning.
Winner: “Timeless” Toni Storm
7. Continental Crown Championship
Eddie Kingston (c) vs Bryan Danielson
Man, this match is heated. Bryan has never liked Kingston, and vice versa. AEW brought in Jun Akiyama to face Danielson and they used that to garner heat between the two competitors, as Jun is a mentor to Kingston. I have Eddie winning this match.
Winner: Eddie Kingston
8. Singles Match
Will Ospreay vs Konosuke Takeshita
This will be Will Ospreay’s first match as an official member of the AEW roster, and he is facing fellow Callis Family member, Konosuke Takeshita. This will be a solid match. I have Ospreay winning.
Winner: Will Ospreay
9. AEW TNT Championship
Christian Cage (c) (with Killswitch, Mother Wayne and “The Prodigy” Nick Wayne) vs Daniel Garcia
This match was originally supposed to be Adam Copeland instead of Daniel Garcia, but Copeland got injured. Christian pulled the “your father is dead, so I’ll be your new father” shtick, which really got under the skin of Garcia. I have Christian winning this.
Winner: Christian Cage
10. Tag Team Match
FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) vs Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli and Jon Moxley)
This match has quite a bit is heat. It’s a clash of styles. The old school Tag Team wrestling of FTR and the brutality and hard hitting brawling of the BCC. I’m expecting this to be nothing short of a pier 6 brawl. It’ll be bowling shoe ugly, a slobber knocker. I have BCC winning.
Winner: Blackpool Bullet Club
11. All Star Scramble Match
Chris Jericho vs Wardlow vs Lance Archer vs Powerhouse Hobbs vs Hook vs Brian Cage vs Magnus vs Dante Martin
The winner of this match will receive a future AEW World Championship match. It also replaced the Meat Madness Triple Threat Match. It should be an exciting match. Powerhouse Hobbs and Wardlow have both been on the upward swing as of late. I wouldn’t be surprised if either of them win. My money is on Powerhouse Hobbs.
Winner: Powerhouse Hobbs
