More Domestic And International Talent To Appear At Starrcast Downunder
As we draw closer to April, a number of talent from the past and present have been named for Starrcast Downunder in Ballarat. Today we will go over the latest to be announced from the past week, including a former World Heavyweight Champion:
Dalip Singh: One of the WWE’s resident giants during the mid to late 2000’s, then known as The Great Khali, Singh was presented as a major threat and was crowned the World Heavyweight Champion in 2007. Singh is also the founder of India’s most popular wrestling promotion, Continental Wrestling Entertainment.
Steph De Lander: A trailblazer of the current Independent Wrestling scene, Australia’s own Steph De Lander has become a seasoned travelling talent all over the world, including tours of the United States and feature appearances for World Series Wrestling in Australia. Before undertaking her work on the Indies, De Lander trained and worked on WWE television on the NXT brand as Persia Pirotta, including a tag team feud alongside fellow Aussie Indi Hartwell for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships.
Mance Warner: A product of the American Deathmatch scene, Mance Warner is a former CZW World Heavyweight Champion and former GCW Tag Team Champion. Warner is featured primarily on Game Changer Wrestling and Major League Wrestling events.
Eric Bischoff: The most recent name, announced yesterday as of the time of writing by CODE Sports. WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff has had a hand in a majority of Professional Wrestling we know from the past 30 years, whether it be in World Championship Wrestling during the Monday Night War of the 1990’s, in WWE during the early to mid 2000’s or the first incarnation of TNA Wrestling in the early 2010’s. Bischoff also made appearances for All Elite Wrestling from 2020 to 2021.
