The Road to WrestleMania makes its way through Perth as Elimination Chamber emanates from the ever impressive Optus Stadium.
1. Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship
The Judgement Day (Finn Bálor and Damien Priest) vs New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate)
New Catch Republic have only recently reformed after splitting up when Dunne was called up to the main roster as Butch of the Brawling Brutes, and they’ve been on fire since. To get to this match, NCR won a tournament, beating Pretty Deadly, the LWO and Legado Del Fantasma in a Fatal 4 Way Tag match and #DIY in a regular tag match. This should be a pretty solid match. I have Judgement Day winning this match
Winner: The Judgement Day
2. Elimination Chamber match for a Women’s World Championship match at WrestleMania
Becky Lynch vs Bianca Belair vs Liv Morgan vs Tiffany Stratton vs Naomi vs Raquel Rodriguez
This match is very much cut and dry. Becky Lynch has already started a bit of a feud with Rhea Ripley (kinda makes both matches predictable). Naomi and Raquel Rodriguez will have to build themselves up to championship contention. Bianca and Tiffany are having a tiff. Liv Morgan could be a dark horse to win. But Becky is the only real option to win.
Winner: Becky Lynch
3. Women’s World Championship
Rhea Ripley (c) vs Nia Jax
This is the first time that 2 Australian born Superstars have faced each other on a PLE (Nia Jax was born in Sydney and raised in Hawaii). I reckon this will be the weakest match of the card, although Rhea will most likely get the pop of the night. Rhea retains.
Winner: Rhea Ripley
4. Elimination Chamber for a World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania
Drew McIntyre vs Randy Orton vs Bobby Lashley vs LA Knight vs Kevin Owens vs Logan Paul
I see this being a rather exciting match. Logan Paul has won myself and every other fan over. Chris Van Vliet said it best during his interview with O’Shea Jackson Jr when he said that Logan is no longer a celebrity wrestler, he is now simply a wrestler. That said, Drew McIntyre is winning this match. He doesn’t have anything else going for him. Logan and KO have been feuding with each other, Lashley has been feuding with Karion Kross and AOP alongside the Street Profits, LA Knight has AJ Styles in his sights, and Orton has his thing. Drew winning might also convince him to resign with WWE as well.
Winner: Drew McIntyre
