WWE Speed: Details On New Internet Exclusive Show
A new weekly WWE show was unveiled during the WrestleMania 40 Kickoff event last week, detailing an internet exclusive show called “WWE Speed”. The show is set to debut on the social media platform X in the coming months after a two-year deal was signed between the WWE and X, with a pilot taping already set to air.
The show’s concept is said to feature matches with a 5 minute time limit, with a countdown clock present on the arena screen. The winner will gain a point, with the loser being deducted a point and no points awarded for a draw.
Two matches for the show were taped prior to an episode of Smackdown on December 15th, 2023, with Axiom vs. Cedric Alexander and Bronson Reed vs. Nathan Frazer being set to air for the show’s debut.
Exact dates and times aren’t known at the time of writing, but Australian fans will be notified once these details are confirmed.
