WWE Path To Perth: Indi Hartwell Speaks With The West Australian
Only two weeks out from the WWE returning to Australia for the first time since 2019 with the Elimination Chamber event in Perth, Western Australia, Aussie Indi Hartwell spoke with Craig O’Donoghue of The West Australian to talk about the upcoming event, as well as her life as a Professional Wrestling superfan and her path to becoming a WWE Superstar.
Craig O’Donoghue: The Elimination Chamber is coming to Perth, February 24 at Optus Stadium. The big question for us at the moment is, we know that Grayson Waller is going to be on the card, we know that Rhea Ripley is going to be on the card. Are we going to have a hattrick of Aussies on the card, are you going to be here?
Being in Perth for Elimination Chamber is the goal right now, it’s my dream, it would be my WrestleMania moment. So as of this stage, I’m just looking forward to, hopefully, coming there and performing in front of everyone.

Craig O’Donoghue: As a fan and as well as being a Superstar, what excites you about what sort of things we will be seeing in Perth in a couple of weeks time, from a storyline element?
From a storyline element, there’s a lot of things. There’s a few injuries right now but luckily we have a few Australians on the main roster like Bronson Reed, Grayson Waller, Rhea Ripley and myself. So I know that, despite the injuries, the show is gonna be amazing. WWE doesn’t come to Australia often and I knew that as a fan growing up, it was a special time when WWE would come. As a kid, I never imagined that there’d be a PLE in Australia, in a stadium. As I said, it’s a WrestleMania for Australians so I’m excited for them.
