1. Men’s Royal Rumble
Announced: CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Shinsuke Nakamura, Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, Gunther, Otis, Chad Gable, Akira Tozawa, Kofi Kingston, Damien Priest
Winning the Men’s Royal rumble ensures not only a chance to headline WWE most significant event but also to capture the title coveted by every competitor in sports entertainment. Cody Rhodes had a successful run at last year’s Royal Rumble, winning the match and going on to compete against Roman Reigns. His goal for this year’s event is to recreate that triumph and solidify his position as a top contender. The upcoming Royal Rumble promises to deliver on its reputation for excitement, featuring unexpected entries from rising stars in NXT and renowned veterans of the sport. Based on my analysis, I predict CM Punk will emerge victorious in the match.
Winner: CM Punk Staff Picks: Andy: Cody Rhodes, Samuel: CM Punk, Larance: CM Punk, Dave: CM Punk, Marek: The Rock
2. Women’s Royal Rumble match
Announced: Bayley, Nia Jax, Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Maxxine Dupri, Ivy Nile
The Women’s Royal Rumble match returns for its seventh installment, featuring top WWE female Superstars battling it out in the ring! Rhea Ripley, who triumphed in last year’s Royal Rumble match, went on to defeat Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania. As fans eagerly anticipate the outcome of this year’s Royal Rumble, many are wondering if the winner will follow in the footsteps of previous victors who have gone on to reach new heights. Given the present competition landscape, I believe Bayley has the highest likelihood of success at this year’s WWE Royal Rumble event.
Winner: Bayley Staff Picks: Andy: Bayley, Samuel: Becky Lynch, Larance: Jade Cargill, Dave: Becky Lynch, Marek: Jade Cargill
3. Fatal 4 Way Match for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship
Roman Reigns (c) (with Paul Heyman) vs LA Knight vs AJ Styles vs Randy Orton
Roman Reigns has been an unstoppable force in the ring over the past 1240+ days, leaving many fans wondering if he will ever loses the title again. However, whenever one of his matches approaches, there are always questions swirling around whether this could be the night where everything changes. Whatever happens at the Royal Rumble though – you can bet your bottom dollar that both he AND at least on cousin (but probably more) WILL make their presence felt! Roman Reigns is my pick to win this match.
Winner: Roman Reigns
4. United States Championship
Logan Paul (c) vs Kevin Owens This match came about by Kevin Owens winning a tournament for Number 1 Contendership. This also marks Logans first defence of the US Championship. KO’s hand will play a factor in this match, since it’s still broken, and Logan will try to also utilise the screws in his own hand to knock Kevin out. My money is on Logan retaining.
Winner: Logan Paul
