Jim Ross Gives Latest Health Update, Announcing He Is Cancer Free
Some good news in the world of wrestling as AEW commentator Jim Ross has taken to social media to announce that an MRI on his tibia revealed that cancer hadn’t spread to the area.
Ross had been diagnosed with skin cancer in 2021, undergoing twenty-two rounds of radiation therapy to treat it. He announced in December of that year that he was cancer free. Ross has kept fans up to date on issues surrounding his health and well being, including when he suffered a fall in his home that caused a severe black eye and a concussion, leading to time off from his duties at the announce desk.
Ross recently made his return to AEW television on the August 5th episode of AEW Collision alongside former Ring Of Honor commentator Ian Riccaboni, as well as former Ring Of Honor World Champion and WWE commentator Nigel McGuinness.
