Aussie Sports Head Cam Vale Unveils Plans For Oceania Pro Wrestling
Former CEO of Baseball Australia and Hockey Australia and former COO of North Melbourne FC Cam Vale sat down with Queensland manager Todd Eastman on his podcast Wrestle Radio Australia to discuss Vale’s history in Australian sport and growing up as a wrestling fan. Vale also speaks about his upcoming endeavour with Oceania Pro Wrestling, which is being co-promoted by Vale alongside former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis, former NWA and WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James, and Starrcast representative Conrad Thompson.
Speaking about the format of the upcoming event, the expected length of the show and possible collaboration with local and international promotions, Todd and Cam go into detail about the business side of the wrestling business and how OPW can help Australian Wrestling grow.
Oceania Pro Wrestling is set to debut during the final third of 2023 as a multi day event featuring not only matches, but fan activities with talent and Hall Of Famers involved with the event.
