Major Update On Edge’s Return
Steve Carrier of Ringside News is reporting that Edge will be back much sooner than anticipated.
According to a source, when asked about Edge’s return after his MCL sprain, the source explained that ‘he won’t be out for long’.
A member of the WWE creative team have confirmed to Ringside News that Edge will be back by Extreme Rules. He is currenlty slated to be at the event.
On an episode of The Bump earlier this month, it was announced that Edge will be sidelined for a few weeks due to a ‘grade 2 MCL sprain’. Whilst the injury sounds worse than what it may be, the injury was a short term way to write Edge off television.
